KBID was hired to bring the interior of this custom new-construction home to life. Using the established exterior design, we evaluated the floor plan to ensure optimal functionality and flow within the space. By focusing on layered massing, the team introduced depth and visual balance through thoughtful organization of forms and volumes. This approach enhanced the overall structure, providing a foundation for the design's architectural presence.

Drawing inspiration from the contemporary exterior architecture design, clean lines and modern elements were integrated into the selection of finishes, lighting, plumbing, and furniture. These choices emphasized simplicity, while still offering a sophisticated, polished look.

To add further depth, textural interest was a key design focus. Rich materials from warm wood, stone and outlines of black in steel and finish were selected to elevate the sensory experience, creating an inviting and dynamic atmosphere. The installation of all furniture was executed with precision to bring the design vision to life, blending functionality with aesthetic appeal.
