Clyde & Co Tenant Improvement

With the Kansas City office acting the central IT and accounting hub for the the global company, Clyde & Co, the existing tenants re-evaluated their lease and set plans to condense and and freshen up.

KBID lead the effort in the re-design of the existing footprint to bi-sect the existing space and give back nearly half of the square footage that was no longer needed. As a further effort, Clyde & Co was interested in conservative updates to their newly reduced space to improve function and represent their company brand.

Improvements included the addition of a formal reception area, 3 private offices, and an updated break area to use for company town hall meetings, as well as new furnishings and small finish updates throughout.
