Erin Baird, Studio Director & Designer, NCIDQ

After receiving her Bachelor’s degree from Kansas State University, Erin spent her initial design years working at an internationally recognized architecture firm in Dallas, Texas. Ready to return to Kansas City and expand her knowledge, she accepted a position as Project Manager for a local furniture company representing one of the top commercial furniture manufacturers in the world. From there, Erin continued to grow her portfolio of design and furniture, ultimately rejoining the design world to lead projects in markets covering Healthcare, Corporate, Civic & Multi-Family.

Erin brings a unique combination of expertise in all aspects of design and is always striving to learn more. While she isn’t working, she is spending time with her family, traveling, and dreaming about the future.
